Only in case of owner and/or other personal guests that the owner might have, this will be accessible to them. But that's a remote possibility. This room has an air-conditioner as well..

Check-in time starts at 12.00 PM, Check-out time starts at 11.00 AM.We do have a strict check-in and check-out policy to allow enough time to prepare the room before our next guests arrive. However, we do understand that one might need to delay the check-out or check-in early due to certain reasons and we would happily allow to make use of the common area if one needs.
