Procedure for booking for private Homestay/Cottage/Hotel etc

  1. 50% of the total booking amount in advance & balance 50% on or before 15 days of your journey.
  2. No booking will be confirmed without advance payment.
  3. Booking will be confirmed only after payment of the full amount in advance

Refund Policy

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. All cases of refund / settlement / Dispute / complain / Cancellation etc will take at least 10-15 days to process and will be transferred to the same bank account, used at the time of booking.

Normal cancellation

On or before 60 days of your journey 10% of the total amount
On or before 30 to 59 days of your journey 25% of the total amount
On or before 10 to 29 days of your journey 50% of the total amount
On or before 1 to 9 days of your journey 75% of the total amount
* Cancellation on the day of arrival or no show – No refund
The Cancellation policy will not be applicable during peak season such as Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, Summer season etc.

Terms & Condition

  1. Incidental bills if any will have to be settled in cash at the time of check out
  2. Those who are carrying other booking slip will be treated as cancelled booking
  3. Check in time / Check out time as per hotel norms
  4. Early check in subject to room availability & extra charges will be applicable
  5. Late check-out subject to room availability & extra charges will be applicable
  6. Child Below 5 yrs. is complimentary, Above 5 yrs. & so is chargeable
  7. Voter Card / Adhaar Card/ Photo Identity Proof. for every individual
  8. Local IDs are not allowed
  9. Unmarried couple are not allowed
  10. Children above 5 yrs full charge
  11. Children 2 - 5 yrs half charge
  12. For Foreigners - No one will be allowed to check in without valid Visa & Passport
  13. If by landslide, heavy rain or any other natural calamity car will go by different route, guest will have to bear extra amount for long route
  14. Vehicle will be available to guest as per itinerary only (Point to Point basis)
  15. If any tour cancelled because of unfavorable climatic conditions, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case booking amount will be forfeited
  16. There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour
  17. The Management/Agency/Authority/we will not undertake liability towards any damage or loss of life or any property of the tourist due to an accident, theft, robbery, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, natural calamities during the tour
